The company offers a full range of products and services to this market, including: Mini-Lab Single Chamber RIE and PECVD Systems: Loadlocked and Multi chamber systems: Barrel etching systems: Vacuum and atmospheric RTP Systems: Sputtering systems with single or multiple targets: ECR, Microwave Etching Systems and Sources: Graphite and Halogen Lamp Heating Assemblies.
